Wedding options
Your day will usually be photographed by Darryl and Heather working together.
For smaller more intimate weddings Darryl or Heather will be the exclusive photographer for the coverage that you require.
We do not employ additional photographers as we believe it is our unique style and perspective that you are booking for your photography.
Our pricing is simple with absolutely no hidden extras.
Our preference is to include a gorgeous personalised finished album telling the unique story of your day with each of our options - for us its always been about the finished album for you to take away and cherish.
However, as it is still the dawn of digital, if you prefer you can have the Hi res images supplied on a disc instead of an album - Your choice!
Coverages can start from £800 for small midweek weddings and £1100 for weekend weddings.

Option 1
Coverage starts prior to the ceremony and finishes when you sit for your wedding meal. This option has a fabulous mixture of Colour and black and white images taken by either Darryl or Heather.
Focusing largely on the bride, groom and immediate families the photography will be taken in a lovely relaxed style - setting up any family/friends groups that you request.
This option is ideal for the more intimate wedding where you would prefer little fuss Ideally for up to 60 -70 guests |

You will receive
A beautiful storybook album, available in a choice of 3 different cover colours and personalised on the front with a photograph chosen by you. Inclusive of the first 50 images in various different sizes. The option includes a web upload of all final images 3 5 days after your wedding, so family and guests can view and order photographs online via a secure shopping basket. Typically you are choosing from at least 300350 images.

Option 2
The Coverage - Two photographers
Extending coverage from the brides home or hotel with preparation photography and eventually finishing when you sit for your wedding meal. A fantastic mixture of only the formal photography you require being taken in Colour, whilst lots of natural documentary candid moments are being captured in glorious Black and White.

You will receive
A beautiful reportage wedding album with the first 60 images included. These post bound albums are available in a choice of several different colours and are personalised on the front with a photograph chosen by you. You can upgrade this option to a magazine album if you prefer. Typically you are selecting from 400 500 images.
The option includes a web upload of all final images 3 5 days after your wedding, so family and guests can view and order photographs online via a secure shopping basket.
Available additionally for this option:
Brag books - If you choose the magazine style album that is available with this option we can supply 6 x 4 Copy brag books of the main album for Bridesmaids and relatives. (They come in multiples of four or eight). |

Option 3
The Coverage - Two photographers
Extending further - from preparation photography of the bride, till the end of the speeches. This is the coverage that is our most popular and what has established our reputation. A fabulous mixture of Colour and Black and White images taken in a reportage style whilst capturing any posed photography you require. An absolutely breathtaking coverage planned along side you, with a massive emphasis on having lots of fun with both Heather and Darryl capturing many candid moments from the day.

These post bound albums are available in a choice of several different colours and are personalised on the front with a photograph chosen by you. You can upgrade this option to a magazine album if you prefer. You are typically selecting from 400 550 images.
Inclusive of a web upload of all images 3 5 days after your wedding so family and guests can view and order photographs online.
Pre wedding taster shoot (if required) 8 10 weeks before your wedding.

Option 4
The Coverage - Two photographers
Coverage from preparation through to the first dance, with us planning the photography with you and photographing your day in our own distinctive and unique style.
You will receive
A stunning fully bespoke12 page 12 x 12 or 10" x 14" magazine album from the U.K or the United States. |

This usually will hold approximately 90 photographs from a selection of over 500 images.
Inclusive of a web upload of all images 3 5 days after your wedding so family and guests can view and order photographs online.
High res files on a CD ready to print are included on this option.
A pre wedding taster shoot (if required) 8 10 weeks before your wedding.
Inclusive of four 6" x 4" Brag books for family or brides maids to have as a keepsake of the day. |

Extras:
All of our options have no hidden extra charges at all. However, if your wedding is being held a distance from us or you would like to add something on please look below.
Additional Coverage.
If you would like us to stay for the speeches with option 1 and option 2, this costs a further £200.
To stay for the First Dance is an additional £150 for option 3.
Distance weddings.
If the wedding is over 50 miles from Oxford a mileage charge of 35p per mile will be applicable.
Further distances of 2 hours + of driving time (inclusive of London) a hotel fee of £70 will be applicable as we will travel the night before.
Taxi or parking will also apply additionally within London and other Major Cities.
